Khekhtsir Ski Resort: Construction and Installation
A special feature of the object is its location next to the Bolshekhehtsirsky Nature Reserve, which required the use of design solutions to maximize the preservation of the existing topography and forest plantings. The main form of transportation is cableways and ropeways. The design objects are located in the zone of existing human economic activity, while sports facilities make maximum use of the existing established terrain.

The Kosmoport mall’s ventilation system
Faced with a tight 1.5-month timeframe and a nearly complete building, we were tasked with installing air handling units of a specific size into the existing ventilation chamber. This presented a significant challenge given the typical manufacturing lead time for such equipment. To overcome this hurdle, we redesigned the original solution, replacing the planned equipment with energy-efficient heat recovery units. This not only met the tight deadline but also reduced operating costs and improved the overall energy efficiency of the building.
Lincor Shopping Center Systems Installation
Energy-efficient ventilation equipment of Swedish manufacturer Swegon is installed in the building (heating of supply air in the cold season does not require energy resources).
